The Crime Street Journal
Real-life corporate-crime reports
O verview:
Enron,Xerox, etc are just the latest in a rich history of unethical business conduct. Corporate crimes
have trivial penalties, and white collar criminals rarely go to prison. Communities accept corporate
corruption out of fear that the company will leave town and jobs will be lost. This makes all
companies look bad, and often serves to help create criminals of the uncorporate kind..... Capital One
are thieving criminal bastards... Penalties for less than the amounts stolen reward corruption and
greed. Under the current government enforcement climate, corporations are actually encouraged t
engage in corrupt practices.
The worlds largest grain company
cheated customers out of $170
million. They were fined $100 million,
thereby making $70 million profit....
In 1993 alone, insurance companies
cheated customers out of $237 million.
Crooked health care organizations cheat people and the Gov. out of
$100 BILLION every year..
Inventor Murdered By Big Oil!
In 1977, Thomas Ogle conducted a test run on his experimental invention, and achieved an astonishing
200mpg with a standard-sized car of the time. It is a scientific fact that the more effeciently fule is vaporized,
the higher the mileage will be. There have been over 6,000 such devices patented for over the past 60 years.
Not all have worked, but many have. You do not hear about the inventions that work, because big oil either
buys the rights to the pantents, or diposes of those who don't give in, as was the case with Mr. Ogle.
The oil companies reasoning for preventing the general public from getting such mileage figures is "If
everybody was getting this kind of mileage, the American economy would collaspe". (Translation: More
mileage means less fuel sold, which would result in less money lining our already over-stuffed pockets).
A representive from Shell Oil approached Tom Ogle and offered a substansial amount of money for the
rights to his invention. He refused, and on August 19, 1981at the age was found beaten to death in an ally by
big oil hit-men.. The investigator attributed the death to "alcohol and an overdose of Darvon".
Though Olge did have a problem with alcohol and tranquilizers, all evidence suggest that his death was no
accident, and only one of many hits funded by big oil.

Are you being cheated out of pay?
As many as 3 million workers are paid less than minimum wage. 43% of garment industry workers are paid
illegally low wages. Illegal pay is also rampant in the trucking, eatery, and construction industries. 1 out of
every 50 workers will be illegally denied overtime pay. Workers are cheated out of an
average of $19BILLION per year.
3 Pyro Mining executives lied about hazardous gas conditions, resulting in the death of 3 miners. Each
executive received only 5 to 18 months in prison, and paid a fine from $375 to $3,000,or an average of
1.8 months and $300 per dead worker...
Skovol Unit member unjustly terminated from world's largest retail chain.
Jan , 1997,
The day “Employee C” had been fired for a frivolous reason, (lighting a match in the stockroom), he went to say good-bye to the
crew he worked with. Scott Mapes of Skovol Unit was part of that crew, and thought that “Employee C” might have come to start a
fight with the person on the crew (Employee “J”) who played a key role in the finality of the termination.
Though “C” did light a match in the storeroom, it wasn’t for malicious reasons at all. “We found a box of ‘strike anywhere’ matches
in the storeroom, and we wanted to see if the would actually strike anywhere. Everybody picked a surface to light one on. I’m just
the one that got narked on. And everybody knew who the narc was.”
Scott merely told “C” not to make a bad situation any worse than it already was. The next day as Scott arrived for work, he was
called to the office and told that “J’ said “You threatened his life and called him a S.O.B.” amongst other false allegations.
The manager terminated Mapes’ employment, though he was not present at the alleged incident, and Mapes had at least 7 witnesses
to the contrary. The manager at the time did not even bother to consider the validity of the accounts of the witnesses.(They were all
women, and the manager didn't seem to think much of women in general).
Instead, he opted to take the word of “J” who claimed to be ex-police and ex-military. After calling the LaGrange and Dekalb
county sheriff’s offices, where “J” claimed to have been an officer, no record of his employment was found, nor had any officer on
the department heard of him. (Ditto to calls placed to police departments in other nearby counties).
At a later unemployment hearing, Scott told the judge his story. And despite the judges efforts to trip him up by asking the same
questions worded in a variety of ways, Scott’s answer was always the same. Mapes remained calm because “I knew she was just
doing her job, and being fully aware of the ineptitude of the manager, I could see within two minutes that I had nothing to worry
about”. And he had nothing to worry about indeed. After two minutes of the managers statement, the judge was in an obvious state
of confusion.
A letter was sent to (retail chain headquarters) by Mapes explaining the situation. He received a response promising an investigation
in the matter. (See document below). No investigation ever took place.
Says Mapes, “I wasn’t trying to get my job back, but I feel at the least, they owe me an apology for the injustice that transpired”
After a pause he half-jokingly adds “And a big screen TV of my choice!” His tone sombers when he adds “In addition an apology to
myself, I think everyone who had to endure working under that manager is also owed an apology.....and a $200 gift certificate for
Christmas shopping”.

Frightening fact: The United States government is one of the least corrupt goverments in
the world.
Summit City residents refuse illegal payoff!
Value City HQ regulary pays-off ex-employees to keep their mouths shut about bad managers .IE:managers who treat
the employees like absolute dirt, but apparantly are making enough money to the company to warrant a pay-off
equal to one year of pay. One such manager resides in the Summit City area. This reporter has heard accounts of
him from 3 different ex-employees who refused the pay-off(none of whom knew I had spoken to the other 2)
Ford Motor Company Hassles Small-Town Mail Carrier
Kendallville, IN mid 1950's
Mr. "Mail" purchased a brand new Ford motor car for use on his route. He noticed, much to his
amazement-and delight- that he was getting an average of 42 mpg on the route, which consisted entirely of
stop-and-go driving. Bear in mind that the average motorcar of the 1950's was about the same weight as
the SUV's of today.
One day, some "representives" from the Ford motor company came to pay Mr. Mail a visit, in attempt
to buy the car back from him. Mr Mail stubbornly refused. But rather than have him executed,a-la the
Shell Oil -Thomas Ogle murder, it was explained to Mail that "an experimental engine accidentally got
out of the factory". And deal was struck that when Mr. Mail was ready to trade the car, he would sell it
back to Ford. (It's not just Ford...ALL the auto mnufacturers and oil companies are flat out LYING to the
public)
Have you ever noticed how often the words "Crime" and "Corruption" and "Greed" follow the word "Corporate"? And that rarely-if ever-is "Corporate" followed by the word "Ethics"?

FORD COMPLICIT IN SLAVE LABOR, TRADING WITH THE ENEMY, NEW BOOK FINDS
Washington DC - September 8, 2003
Contrary to Ford Motor Company's denials, the Detroit auto maker was complicit in the use of slave labor at Ford's German
facilities during World War II and was well aware of financial ties to the Nazi military regime, according to a new book released last
week.
The book, The American Axis: Henry Ford,, Charles Lindbergh and the Rise of the Third Reich, by Max Wallace (St. Martin's
Press) reveals that the federal government was so concerned about Ford's trading with the enemy that it launched a criminal
investigation into the company and its then President, Edsel Ford.
In a memo obtained by Wallace after the completion of the book, then FBI director J. Edgar Hoover effectively nixed the criminal
charge against company by arguing that such a charge might be opposed by the War Department.

MOTIVA PLEADS NO CONTEST TO HOMICIDE, ASSAULT CHARGES
Washington DC - July 14, 2003
In a state courtroom in Wilmington, Delaware last week, attorneys for Motiva Enterprises appeared before Judge Peggy Ableman and
entered a plea of no contest to one felony count of criminally negligent homicide and six misdemeanor counts of assault in the third
degree.
The charges arose out of a July, 2001 explosion and fire at the company's Delaware City facility that resulted in the death of
boilermaker Jeffrey Davis and injuries to six other workers -- Kenneth Creamer, John Beaver, Christopher Greenwell, Shemika Speight,
Robert Favazza and Steven Spera.
Motiva is a joint venture company between Saudi Aramco and Royal Dutch Shell.
Right before sentencing, Mary Davis, the wife of the killed boilermaker, delivered a letter calling on the judge to reject the no contest
plea, and condemning the failure of the state's Attorney General to prosecute Motiva for manslaughter and to charge any individual "for my
husband's senseless and needless death."
Mary Davis also called on the company to "admit guilt and accept responsibility."

You are listening to "The Black Heart of Business."(Part I of The

It is rather chilling how accurately "Ziggy the Weasel" of The
Granger Mafia is portrayed in this tune, even though it was written 10
years before MD had the misfortune of meeting that particular
corporate criminal. (on the other hand, they're all pretty much alike).
On may 17, 2005, between 1300 and 1330hrs LEGAL* Indiana time, "Ziggy the Weasel" known operative of
The Granger Mafia, knowingly, willingly, with premeditation, mal intent (as well as assistance from a second party)
committed several counts of Class D Felony Perjury against Skovol Unit's resident guitartial artist.
Despite the fact that MD provided evidence that, if investigated, would have provided unquestionable proof of
perjury, said evidence was completely ignored. I guess it helps when you can afford to slip money under the table
so people will look away. To those within the Indiana DWD and all "law enforcement" personnel who took those
bribes (and who continue to), MD extends to you a double barrel "one finger salute". May Karma, Divine
Retribution, or whatever your particular belief system calls it deliver unto you exactly what you deserve.
A tout les flics: VA TE FAIRE FOUTRE!!!!!!
* MD does not recognize Mitch Daniels, known business criminal, as the legal governor of Indiana, and therefore, refuses to observe DST, as observance would be illegal.
